Tips for a Strong Complaint Report
Provide as much detail as possible:
-
Your contact information
-
Your observations (check all that apply)
-
Specific dates and times of observations
-
Additional notes or relevant details
Optional supporting evidence may include:
-
Photos of activity or property conditions (no people required)
-
Specific details such as number of vehicles, frequency of activity, or license plate states
Important Notes
-
Provide factual observations, not assumptions or conclusions
-
A complaint does not determine that a violation exists; it provides information for the Town to review and investigate
-
Do not include personal, private, or sensitive information about guests
