Tips for a Strong Report

The following items are included in the SAFERR-EH report, as they are strong indicators of STR activity
 
Guest Turnover & Stay Patterns
☐ Different groups staying at the property frequently
☐ Activity primarily on weekends (Fri–Sun)
☐ Property appears vacant between stays
☐ Guests stay only a few days at a time

Vehicles & Arrivals
☐ Multiple unfamiliar vehicles each week
☐ Out-of-state license plates observed regularly
☐ Ride-share / airport drop-offs observed
☐ Guests arriving with luggage or suitcases

Arrival / Check-In Behavior
☐ Guests appear unfamiliar with the property (looking around, checking phones)
☐ Guests using lockbox or keypad to enter
☐ Guests taking photos of the house upon arrival
☐ Arrivals at late or unusual hours

Property Operations
☐ Cleaning crews visiting frequently (every few days or between guests)
☐ Laundry services or frequent linen changes observed
☐ Property management or maintenance visits between stays

Trash & Use Patterns
☐ Trash or recycling volume unusually high
☐ Overflowing trash bins regularly
☐ Trash placed out more frequently than typical weekly pickup

Activity & Use
☐ Different groups using outdoor areas (yard, deck, pool, etc.)
☐ Late-night noise followed by property being vacant shortly after
☐ Frequent turnover of people using the property

☐ Number of vehicles, dates/times, specific incidents
☐ Photos of activity (no people required)
☐ Dates/times of observations
